Overview:
The Software Engineer works on a small exceptional team producing Windows and OS X storage management applications. These storage management applications are bundled with Drobo line of storage devices. The position will require working on the host software’s GUI and the underlying management framework between the GUI and the Drobo firmware.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years application development experience
• UI development experience development of multi-threaded applications
• Extensive development experience with the Windows environment (Windows .NET Frameworks, C++/CLI, C#, Win32) , the Mac environment (Cocoa/Carbon, Objective C/C++, Darwin), or ideally, experience with both.

• Previous experience with application i18n
• Previous experience with hardware support API’s and/or driver development (Mac or Windows)
• AJAX development experience
• Good understanding of storage management concepts
• Understanding of RAID concepts
